REAL PEOPLE DEDICATED TO HELPING REAL PEOPLE
“As a sole practitioner, I am involved in every detail of my client’s life planning process… from the initial client meeting, to the document signing and each meeting or court appearance in-between. I deal with people’s lives and livelihoods so I make sure that my clients fully understand the impact of the law and each step of the legal process. Whether my client’s life planning consists of drafting a simple will, a complex trust, a Medi-Cal application, Conservatorship, and/or Probate, my commitment to my clients is to ensure not only that their financial and health care concerns are handled efficiently and effectively but that they fully understand and feel comfortable with the process, their lawyer and each and every document. I treat my clients as I would want to be treated. Respect, understanding and simplicity are key to a great lawyer/client relationship.”
– Rebecca E. Ryan (Erde)
Rebecca’s commitment to her clients stems from her strong relationship with her own family. “My family takes care of each other. We plan for the future and support each other at all costs. I left a successful career in marketing and advertising to pursue elder law because there’s nothing more rewarding than taking care or family.” Before moving to Los Angeles, Rebecca learned the practice of elder law by working alongside her father, Michael H. Erde, a prominent Chicago elder law attorney of almost 45 years. Michael Erde continues to run his Elder Law practice, Michael H. Erde & Associates, P.C. www.erdelaw.com. From her father, a Certified Elder Law Attorney (Certified by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys), she learned that elder law is really about family, taking care of ourselves and each other financially, physically, and emotionally.
